Copper wire terminations rated for 75C are required. The breaker has an electrical life of 8000 hours and a mechanical life of 25,000 hours, with fixed thermal and magnetic trip settings of 15A and 400A, respectively. Its interrupting ratings per UL 489/CSA 22.2 are 150kA at 240VAC, 65kA at 480VAC, 25kA at 600VAC, and a breaking capacity of 70kA at both 250VDC and 500VDC.
