The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1494G-DF3H6 is a heavy-duty, 3-pole disconnect switch from the 1494G product line, designed for industrial safety in both indoor and outdoor environments. It features a painted metal enclosure (code "F") with a 3R/4/12 protection rating, and is certified to CSA C22.2 (No. 4), UL 98, and UL 508 standards, with cULus listing. Rated at 100 Amps and 600 Volts (UL/IEC insulation and continuous voltage), the switch includes exposed switchblades, optional fuse cover, lockable handle, and protection against accidental contact. It accepts #8 to 1/0 AWG (10 to 50 sq mm) conductors rated for 75C (167F), with a mechanical life of 10,000 operations per hour (max 300 switching operations/hour) and an electrical life of 6,000 operations at the rated current.
