It allows users to adjust the initial torque and gradually increase motor voltage, offering multiple starting modes like Dual Ramp, Full Voltage, Current Limit, and Selectable Kickstart. Standard features include nine start modes, an energy-saving mode, internal bypass, and solid-state control. It logs the last 100 events with timestamps and supports an external bypass. The 150-A180BBD provides electronic motor overload protection (but not short-circuit protection) and allows adjustment of hourly start limits up to 99 to prevent motor stress. It includes a reserved port for a 20-HIM-A6 LCD display unit for alarm/fault information, parameter display, and keypad input. Wiring should be 24-14 AWG (0.2-2.5 mm) with a maximum torque of 7 lb-in (0.8 N-m).
