The Allen-Bradley 150-F317NCR is an open-type SMC Flex smart motor controller, rated at 317A and 250HP at 460V AC, designed for three-phase input voltages from 200 to 575V AC (50/60 Hz) and a 24V AC/DC control voltage. At 500/575V AC, it handles 106-317A motor current, delivering up to 200kW at 50Hz or 300HP at 60Hz. It also supports a 120/240V AC single-phase power supply for fan operation. Features include programmable auxiliary contacts, a DPI port, a front keypad, a backlit LCD, and LED status indicators. Optimal operation is at altitudes up to 2000m, with operating temperatures between -5 and 50C and storage temperatures between -20 and 75C. It's compatible with Wye-delta, six-lead, and standard squirrel-cage induction motors, offering various starting and stopping modes like full voltage, current limit, soft start/stop, dual ramp, linear speed acceleration, and preset slow speed. The controller detects faults such as undervoltage, overvoltage, voltage unbalance, overload, stall, underload, phase reversal, power loss, communication fault, jam, excessive starts, controller temperature issues, line faults, and open gate conditions.
