Product Description

The Allen-Bradley 150-F60NBD SMC Flex smart motor controller protects motors from operational stress, extending their lifespan, by providing multiple programmable starting and stopping modes and active control. It supports line or Delta connected and standard three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with a 200-460V AC input, 60A output, and 40 HP at 460V AC. Configuration is possible locally via the LCD screen and keypad, or remotely through communication adapters (RS485, ControlNet, Ethernet, ProfiBus, HVAC). It can also interface with a PLC using control terminals for automated motor control. The controller features programmable auxiliary contacts for feedback to monitoring systems, built-in electronic overload protection, an SCR bypass/run contactor, and comprehensive fault detection. Operating temperature ranges from 23 to 122F, and storage temperature from -4 to 167F. It includes load terminal lugs, backlight LCD, 7 starting/stopping modes, status indicators, and a DPI port for optional human interface and communication modules.
