Product Description
The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1718-A10 chassis, part of the 1718 Ex I/O series, is a 10-slot chassis designed for remote I/O systems. It accommodates I/O modules (up to 10 single-width or 5 dual-width), power supplies (supporting redundancy with two units), and adapter modules in designated slots. I/O modules can be installed in any order. Supporting Ethernet/IP communication, the chassis enables I/O modules to communicate with devices in hazardous environments. It accepts AC (95-253V) or DC (18-32V SELV/PELV) power supplies, with a maximum safe voltage rating of 253V AC or 60V DC (SELV/PELV), and is suitable for Zone 1 environments when properly enclosed.
