The Kinetix 300 EtherNet/IP Indexing Servo Drives offer economical solutions for low-axis count motion control, available in various voltage and power capacities. The 2097-V32PR2 is a single-axis model featuring an integrated AC line filter and power specifications of 1-phase, 4 Amp, 240 Volt AC, with a 0.8 Kilowatt continuous power output, enabling 240 Volt motors to run at full speed. In response to the increasing demand for standardized enterprise-wide networks, the Allen-Bradley 2097-V32PR2 provides an excellent solution for both machine builders and end users. By utilizing a single standard Ethernet/IP network, the entire control system for low axis count motion applications can be implemented, eliminating the necessity for a separate motion network, thus simplifying wiring and reducing panel layout expenses, which also facilitates easier installation, configuration, and operation of motors, actuators, and servo drives.
Despite its simplicity, the Kinetix 300 servo drive architecture offers versatile control options. The 2097-V32PR2 supports indexing, EtherNet/IP, electronic gearing, and analog commanded control, including five different indexing types, 32 indexes, and S-curve and trapezoidal motion profiles. The 2097-V32PR2 delivers the advantages of a functional and adaptable low axis motion solution in a cost-effective package.
