Product Description

This drive is compatible with AC input voltages of 80-132VAC (1-phase), 80-264VAC (1-phase), and 80-264VAC (3-phase). It delivers a continuous output current of 17.0 A and a continuous power output of 3.0 kW, while also featuring Safe Torque-Off (STO) functionality, overvoltage protection, and short-circuit current protection.

The 2097-V33PR6-LM Kinetix drive can be integrated with MP and TL series servo motors and actuators, as well as various Allen-Bradley control and interface products, including PanelView Operator Terminals (HMIs), 1734 Point I/O remote I/O modules, MicroLogix 1400 Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and CompactLogix and ControlLogix Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs).

For proper installation, the 2097-V33PR6-LM requires a minimum mounting clearance of 3 millimeters (0.12 inches) on both sides and 25 millimeters (1 inch) on the top and bottom to ensure adequate airflow and ventilation. Note that these minimum clearances may need to be increased depending on any installed accessories.

Additionally, circuit shield devices should not be used on the output of this AC drive as isolating disconnect switches or motor surge protection devices, as the PWM waveform is incompatible with their intended sine wave operation and could lead to device failure. For optimal performance of the 2097-V33PR6-LM, it is essential to select properly synchronized modules that meet relevant codes, including any requirements for branch circuit protection. Assessing the available short-circuit current and ensuring it remains below the circuit breaker's short-circuit current rating is also important.
