The GE Fanuc Emerson IC610MDL110 counter module, designed for Series One systems, operates on 12V DC and processes seven input counts using bi-directional incremental encoders or a 4-digit BCD counter. It supports incrementing, decrementing, and reset/marker count functions with a reaction time under 100 microseconds. Installation is simplified by fitting it next to the CPU in the first four I/O slots. Featuring eight I/O, two counter references, and powered internally by 9V DC at 70mA, communication occurs via a 32-pin connector. It reliably operates between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius.
