The Allen-Bradley 100-D180ZD22L is a compact, large-frame, non-reversing, 3-phase, 3-pole IEC contactor from the Bulletin 100-D series, designed for use with Allen-Bradley Bulletin 193 electronic overload relays. It features a conventional 110V DC "ZD" coil (without PLC interface), 4 auxiliary contacts (2NO, 2NC, one late-breaking NC), and is rated for 180A at 60C or 250A at 40C. It has a 1000V isolation voltage, 12kV impulse voltage withstand, and supports 105kW (415V) or 135kW (690V) 3-phase AC motors. The contactor uses thru-hole screw-type terminals with lugs and achieves a maximum IP20 rating with a terminal block.
