30-Day Return Policy:
All products sold by Roc Industrial LLC are eligible for return within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition it was sent out in. Products damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less any applicable shipping and handling fees. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Limitations:
Roc Industrial LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return criteria. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipping process, so please ensure that the product is packaged securely.
