Limited Warranty:
All products sold by Roc Industrial LLC are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We may require you to provide proof of purchase and additional information regarding the nature of the defect.

Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, Roc Industrial LLC will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. Roc Industrial LLC reserves the right to replace the defective product with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Limitations:
Roc Industrial LLC's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Roc Industrial LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or any other consequential or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the product.
