The Allen-Bradley 1440-VDRP06-00RH, an XM series module, is a 6-channel intelligent vibration monitor for machine protection and conditioning. It can function independently or integrate with PLCs and control systems, monitoring real-time overall vibration levels and bias/gap voltage. Compatible with IEPE accelerometers, eddy current probes, and voltage output transducers, it supplies DC power for -24V eddy current probes. The module features buffered outputs, supports up to two Allen-Bradley XM-442 Expansion Relay modules for a total of eight relays, and collects trend data upon relay actuation. An external reset switch on the module resets latched relays in connected Expansion Relay modules.
