The Allen-Bradley 150-A135NBDD-8B4 is an SMC PLUS family solid-state smart controller designed for 3-phase AC input of 200-480V at 50/60 Hz. It features a 135 Amp output, supporting 5-40 HP at 200V/60Hz, 5-50 HP at 230V/60Hz, and 5-100 HP at 480V/60Hz; or 37 kW at 230V/50Hz and 75 kW at 460V/50Hz. It supports Smart Motor Braking (SMB) and includes line/load-side protective modules rated up to 480V AC. The control module requires 100-240V AC at 50/60 Hz, consuming 30 VA, while the heatsink fan uses 45 VA. Configuration is done via rotary digital and DIP switches. Recommended cable sizes are 16-120 mm2 (#6-#4/0 AWG) for power and 1.5-4.0 mm2 (#18-#12 AWG) for control terminals. Housed in an open enclosure, it dissipates a maximum of 490 Watts, operates between 0-50C with 5-95% relative humidity, and can be stored between -40-85C.
