The Allen-Bradley 150-A24NBD is an open-type SMC Plus Smart Motor Controller designed for subpanel mounting, supporting 200-460VAC, 3-Phase, 50/60 Hz power with a 100-240VAC, 1-Phase, 50/60 Hz control module. It delivers 180A continuous output current and 150 HP at 460VAC, offering soft start (with selectable kickstart), current limit start, and full voltage start capabilities, customizable with time and current settings. Optional features include soft stop, SMB braking, pump control, Accu-Stop, preset slow speed, and slow speed with braking. It's certified to CE, CSA, and UL standards, requiring 16-120 mm2 (or #6-4/0 AWG) wiring for power and 1.5-4.0 mm2 (or #18-12 AWG) for control terminals. It includes a 45VA heatsink fan, N.O. and N.C. relay contacts, DV/DT and transient voltage protection, and supports various operational modes with adjustable parameters for torque and braking. It has a 24A output rating (1-15HP at 200-480VAC), auxiliary circuit with a 240VAC N.O. relay, and is rated for specific voltage, current, temperature, humidity, and altitude conditions.
