The Allen-Bradley 150-A24NCDD is an open-type, 24A SMC-2 solid-state smart motor controller with Smart Motor Braking (SMB) offering soft start, full voltage start, and current limit start modes, plus an energy-saving feature for light or no-load conditions. It includes a rotary digital switch, LED status indicator, and DIP switches, with the LED indicating power application and faults like shorted SCRs, phase loss during start, and stalled motor during operation. Operating conditions are a maximum altitude of 2000m and temperatures between 0-50C. Dimensions are approximately 250 x 214 x 160 mm, weighing 4.5 kg (10 lbs). It supports 500-575V AC input (with -15%/+10% tolerance, 50-60 Hz) and provides motor control up to 20 HP (575V AC), 15 HP (460V AC), 7.5 HP (230V AC), and 5 HP (200V AC), or 15 kW (500V AC), 11 kW (380/415V AC), and 5.5 kW (220V AC). It has a maximum heat dissipation of 80W, a shock resistance of 30g for 11ms, and a vibration resistance of 2.5g for 60 minutes.
