The Allen-Bradley 150-F135NCDB SMC-Flex Smart Motor Controller is an open-enclosure, solid-state device designed for 200-600VAC, 3-phase motors operating at 50-60 Hz, with a 100-240VAC control voltage. It offers various starting and stopping modes, including soft start/stop, current limit, and full voltage start, along with linear speed acceleration and preset slow speed. Key features include a built-in SCR bypass/run contactor, electronic overload protection, current transformers on each phase, metering, DPI communication, an LCD with keypad programming, and four programmable auxiliary contacts. Optional pump and braking control are available. It supports standard squirrel-cage and Wye-Delta motors with 2- or 3-wire control. Metering capabilities include amps, volts, power, energy, time, power factor, and motor thermal capacity. Operating temperature ranges from -5 to 50C (open) or -5 to 40C (enclosed), with a storage temperature range of -20 to 75C. It's designed for altitudes up to 2000 meters, humidity between 5-95% (non-condensing), and has a pollution degree rating of 2.
