Product Description
The SMC Flex 150-F5FBD is a NEMA Type 4/12, IP65-rated, enclosed solid-state smart motor controller featuring a keypad, status indicators, and a backlit LCD. It operates on 400-460 VAC three-phase power at 50/60 Hz, with a 100-240 VAC control voltage and handles motor currents from 1 to 5 A. It delivers a maximum of 2.2 kW at 50 Hz or 3 Hp at 60 Hz. This controller offers seven standard SMC Flex operating modes (soft start/stop, linear speed acceleration, current limit start, full voltage, preset slow speed, dual ramp) and comprehensive built-in protection against over/under voltage, overload/underload, excessive starts, phase reversal, power loss, jams, open gates, communication/line faults, stalls, voltage unbalance, and controller over-temperature. It's designed for operation between -5 and 40C, storage/transport between -20 and 57C, altitudes below 2000 meters (6560 feet), and up to 95% non-condensing relative humidity. It has a pollution degree of 2 and withstands operating shocks of 5.5 g and vibrations of 1 g peak with 0.15 mm displacement, and non-operating shocks of 25 g and vibrations of 2.5 g peak with 0.38 mm displacement.
