The Allen-Bradley 150-F625JBE is a 625A, 500Hp (at 460VAC) solid-state, non-combination SMC-Flex motor controller with line and load terminals housed in an IP65 (Type 4/12) enclosure. Designed for starting and stopping standard 3-phase squirrel-cage and wye-delta motors with 400-460VAC, 50-60Hz input, it offers soft start, kick start, current limit start, dual ramp start, and full voltage start modes, with optional pump and braking control. Programming is facilitated via a five-button keypad and a three-line, 16-character backlit LCD. Protective features include electronic motor overload, undervoltage, voltage unbalance, stall, and jam protection. The controller also provides power monitoring parameters (motor thermal capacity usage, elapsed time, power factor, three-phase current and voltage), allows up to 99 starts per hour, and features an SCR/Run Bypass.
