The Allen-Bradley 1756-PB75R ControlLogix redundant power supply accepts a 24V DC input and provides automatic load sharing for redundant configurations, minimizing downtime by using a hot-standby system. It features status indicators, operates between 0-60C (32-140F), and can withstand non-operating temperatures of -40-85C (-40-185F) with 5-95% noncondensing humidity. Vibration tolerance is 2 G at 10-500 Hz, with operating and non-operating shock ratings of 30 G and 50 G respectively. Dimensions are approximately 140 x 112 x 145 mm (5.51 x 4.41 x 5.71 inches) and it weighs about 0.95 kg (2.10 lb). Use the 1756-CPR2 cable to connect to the 1756-PSCA2 chassis adapter, being cautious of electrical arcs when connecting/disconnecting with power on, and avoiding repeated connections to prevent contact wear. The power supply has auto-sensing voltage input connections and can be replaced while operating in non-redundant mode. It accepts an input voltage range of 18-32V DC (24V DC nominal), consumes a maximum of 110 Watts, and provides 75 Watts output at 0-60C. Output current capacities are 1.5A @ 1.2V, 4A @ 3.3V, 13A @ 5.1V, and 2.8A @ 24V, with a 30A inrush current and a 20ms hold-up time. It also features 90V DC annunciator power for ATEX/IECEx and 250V (continuous) isolation voltage. Compatible chassis include 1756-A4, A7, A10, A13, and A17, requiring 2.5 mm2 (14 AWG) copper wire with 90C (194F) insulation for input wiring.
