Each output can source up to 1mA or sink up to 20mA. It requires a separate 5V DC power supply (0.25V, 50mV ripple max, 250mA) for TTL signal transmission. The module has a 1ms maximum signal delay, dissipates 2.2W (7.5 BTU/hr), and draws 168mA from the backplane. It offers 1500V AC (RMS) isolation for 1 second. The 1771-OG includes a 1771-WC field wiring arm (7-9 inch-pounds torque) and supports up to 14-gauge stranded wire (Belden 8761 recommended). Keying is achieved by connecting the keying band between backplane pins 6-8 and 10-12. It operates between 0-60C (32-140F) with 5-95% non-condensing humidity and can be stored between -40-85C (-40-185F).
