The Allen-Bradley 1794-OB8EP is a FLEX I/O digital DC output module featuring 8 current-sourcing outputs with electronic fuse protection (24V DC, 2A per channel, 10A max per module). Designed for hot-swappable installation on a terminal base (compatible models: 1794-TB2, 1794-TB3, 1794-TB3S, 1794-TBN, 1794-TBKD), it connects field devices to the I/O bus and supports communication via ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, and Universal Remote I/O. It requires a 19.2-31.2V DC external power supply and offers visual status indication via 16 yellow LEDs. XT versions are available for harsh environments, reducing overall costs.
