It uses the Drive Peripheral Interface (DPI) protocol at 125 Kbps or 500 Kbps, drawing 140mA at 12VDC from the host drive. A 3-meter cable (1202-C30) is included, with accessory cables and kits available. Compatible with PowerFlex 70, 700, 700H, 700S, and 700L drives, it allows local configuration, operation, and troubleshooting without opening the enclosure, improving serviceability. Operating temperature is 0-50C, storage is -40-85C, and humidity range is 5-95% non-condensing. Avoid volatile/corrosive gases. Vibration resistance is 2.5 G (operating) and 5 G (at rest) at 5 Hz. As a Category C2 product per IEC 61800-3, it may cause radio interference in domestic environments.
