The Allen-Bradley 2097-V31PR2-LM Kinetix 350 Ethernet/IP Indexing Servo Drive is a single-phase, single-axis servo control drive within the Allen-Bradley Kinetix 350 Family. It facilitates Integrated Motion Control over the Ethernet/IP Network, providing solutions for various industrial applications. This drive features a compact design for cost-effectiveness and includes a Safety Torque OFF option for enhanced safety. Its Ethernet capability enables efficient control of industrial Servo Motors. The 2097-V31PR2-LM accepts selectable single-phase input voltage ranges of 70 to 132 Volts AC and 80 to 264 Volts AC, with a nominal 120 Volts AC operation (in Doubler mode) at 48 to 62 Hertz, and is configured without an AC Line Filter. It offers user-selectable input current options of 15 Amps at a nominal 120 Volts input and 8.6 Amps at a nominal 240 Volts input, and it provides a continuous output current of 4 Amps, with a peak output current of 12 Amps.
Additionally, the 2097-V31PR2-LM has a 5.7 Amps (0-pk) continuous output current, peaking at 17 Amps, and incorporates a control module with a backup voltage range of 20 to 26 Volts DC and a current of 50 mA. It delivers an output rating of 0.8 KiloWatts and includes an internal shunt with Shunt ON and Shunt OFF voltages of 390 Volts DC and 375 Volts DC, respectively, along with overvoltage protection up to 430 Volts DC. The system may also require a 3.8 KiloWatts passive external shunt resistor with a 40 Ohms resistive load, as well as an I/O Terminal Expansion Block, a memory module, and a memory module programmer. The 2097-V31PR2-LM is fused with a 120 Volts AC rated 20A KTK-R-20 Bussman fuse and utilizes 120 Volts AC rated circuit breakers, providing a maximum short-circuit rating of 100,000 Amps (RMS). It features various connector interfaces and sockets for module connections, and LED light indicators on the front panel for displaying module statuses. It has an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit), with a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% (non-condensing), and can operate without de-rating at a height of 1500 meters.
