The Allen-Bradley 20BD180F0ANNANC0 PowerFlex 700 AC drive provides precise digital control for 3-phase induction motors in speed and torque-sensitive applications. It features selectable motor control methods (Volt per Hertz, Sensorless Vector, and Vector), high-speed inputs, integrated PI control, speed profiling, and torque regulation. Operating at 480V AC (50/60Hz) with a 180A current and 150HP rating, it offers a wide input range, high power factor (0.98) and efficiency (97.5%), and a 200,000A short-circuit rating. Protection features include over/under voltage trips, over-temperature protection, 15ms power loss ride-through, phase-to-phase/ground protection, 6000V transient line protection, and 220-300% overcurrent trip. The drive supports sine-coded PWM output with adjustable frequency and voltage, precise positioning via a 16-step indexer, and speed/torque regulation. It also offers programmable stop modes, electronic motor overload protection, a wide operating temperature range, vibration/shock resistance, and is CE, c-UL-us, and ABS certified.
