This ready-to-install kit, which includes necessary tools, replaces the original cassette and is compatible with older DPI and NetLinx communication daughtercards. Due to its sensitivity to ESD, professional installation is recommended after completely removing power and covers from the host drive. The upgrade offers improved sensorless motor control, expanded user functions, and enhanced position control. If using SynchLink in Phase I, the optional 20D-P2-SLB0 SynchLink board is required for Phase II compatibility.
