Product Description

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 20F1ANC456AN0NNNNN AC Drive is a flexible, high-performance, dual-voltage (600/690 VAC) 3-phase drive designed for AC motor control and global use. This PowerFlex 753 series, frame 7 drive features DeviceLogix communication, AC input with precharge, an IP20/NEMA/UL open enclosure, and 3 option slots for I/O, feedback, safety, and communication modules. It supports various communication accessories, predictive diagnostics, and optional brake transistors/resistors, output reactors, terminators, and reflected wave devices. It operates at 400 VAC/540 VDC nominal voltage, 400 VAC normal duty at 50 Hz, with a rated current of 456 Amps and 200 kW output power. It offers 200,000 Amps maximum short circuit protection, is compatible with legacy communication adapters, and shares hardware options with the PowerFlex 755 series. Grounding during installation is recommended, and a DC terminal is not included.

Is Your Device Showing These Signs?

The Allen Bradley 20F1ANC456AN0NNNNN PowerFlex 753 AC drive commonly experiences issues such as IGBT failures, capacitor bank degradation leading to DC bus undervoltage faults, and encoder feedback problems causing erratic motor control. Communication failures on Ethernet/IP or other network interfaces are also frequent, requiring firmware updates or parameter adjustments. Overcurrent trips and nuisance tripping often stem from improper motor tuning or drive overloading, necessitating adjustments to acceleration/deceleration rates and current limits. Resolving these problems involves component replacement, parameter verification, and comprehensive system diagnostics.
