The PowerFlex 4M 22F-D018N104 is a compact, adjustable frequency AC drive with V/Hz control, slip compensation, and feed-through wiring, suitable for DIN rail or panel mounting. It accepts a 340-528VAC, 3-phase input (3.0 kVA, 3.5A) and provides a 0-460VAC, 3-phase output (2.5A) for 7.5kW (10 HP) motors. Panel mounting is recommended for high-vibration environments. It features an embedded keypad/LCD for configuration, five sink/source binary inputs, one Form C binary output, and one 0-10VDC/0-20mA analog input. This air-cooled drive, with an IP20 enclosure and fixed terminal connector, offers motor speed control and overload protection (150% for 60s, 200% for 3s). It includes an integral brake transistor, RS485/DSI communication, and supports sink/source control via DIP switch. Quick programming is possible via the keypad for common applications. Zero stacking is possible up to 40C, with minimal spacing required for 50C operation. Dimensions are 10.24 x 5.12 x 7.09 inches (130 x 260 x 180 mm), and it weighs 4.8 kg (10.6 lbs).
