Product Description
The robust 803-A34 Rotating Cam Limit Switch, designed for heavy-duty repetitive cycle machinery like steel forming, punch presses, and injection molding, features a left-hand shaft extension and fits within a NEMA 4 or 13 enclosure. This CE, CSE, and UL-certified switch offers a long lifespan with three independently-operated cams, 25A-rated N.C. double-break contacts (1800VA MAKE/BREAK power rating and 30/3A), a 150 rpm base shaft speed, spring-loaded cam roller, and three cam-opened control circuits. Its adjustable cam assemblies, with higher (lobe) and lower (valley) segments, activate/deactivate circuits based on cam roller contact, with timing (measured in degree angles from TDC) and dwell time determined by lobe size and cam position. It offers adjustable internal dwell time and timing settings, a minimum cam duration of 14 degrees and a maximum of 346 degrees, an operating temperature range of -22 to 150F, and a storage range of -22 to 200F. The unit weighs approximately 9.5 kg (21 lbs) and ships in a package measuring 111.1 x 144.5 x 200 mm (4.38 x 5.69 x 7.88 inches).
