The Omron R88D-UP15LAAC100V is a 100 VAC input servo drive for motors up to 300W, featuring a 7.8 kHz PWM frequency for efficient control and adjustable position loop responsiveness (1-500 cycles/second). It delivers 4.8A continuous current (15A peak), operates on a single-phase 100-115 VAC supply (85-127V acceptable, 50/60 Hz), and uses a fully digital control system. Velocity feedback is achieved via a 2,048 pulse/revolution optical encoder, and it handles load inertia up to 20 times the rotor inertia. Utilizing PWM with IGBTs, it allows a maximum motor-driver cable length of 20m, dissipates 70W (max), supports a 200 kpps pulse frequency, and offers an electronic gearing ratio from 0.01 to 100 (G1/G2: 1-65,535) for precise motion control.
