Product Description
The Emerson Automation (formerly GE Intelligent Platforms) IC695ALG508 is an RTD input module for the PACSystem RX3i platform, featuring eight isolated differential channels for direct RTD and resistance inputs. It supports various RTD types (Platinum, Nickel, Copper, Nickel-Iron) and resistance inputs (0-260 to 0-4200 ohms), with selectable measurement units (C, F, Ohms). The module offers configurable failure response, supports Two/Three/Four-Wire RTD sensors, and provides 16-bit integer or 32-bit IEEE floating-point data formats. Each channel includes selectable notch filter settings (2.3-28 Hz). Input wiring uses Box-style, Extended Box-style, Spring-style, or Extended Spring-style Terminal Blocks (extended types recommended for shielded wiring). The module includes status LEDs, programmable notch filters, and RTD linearization based on ITS-90, operating within a specified temperature and humidity range on the RX3i backplane.
