The Allen-Bradley 40781-800-01 contact replacement kit, part of the 407 Spare Parts series, is designed for lightweight industrial use and replaces contacts in Allen-Bradley 100-B180 and other Bulletin 100 line contactors. These contactors, often used to isolate welding transformers, are compatible with overload relays, auxiliary contacts, and DIN rail mounting bases. This diecast, 3-pole kit includes 3 moveable and 6 stationary contacts, springs, and screws, configured with 2 NO and 2 NC contacts. Rated for 600V AC/1 Amp DC and 10A/1 Amp, it features a rotary actuator/head operable clockwise or counterclockwise with a 3 lb-in torque. It offers a 90 total travel, 10 operating travel, and 4 differential travel, functioning between -10C and 94C. Weighing 2.15 lbs, this open-enclosure kit requires protection from water, debris, EMC noise, and is unsuitable for outdoor use.
